The owner of 1906B agrees to provide pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, pillows and cable TV along with the following amenities: Central Air Conditioning, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Picnic Table, Gas Grill, Color TV's (4), VCR, DVD with Surround Sound, Iron/Board, Ceiling Fans, Toaster, Toaster Oven, Decks (2) and Deck Furniture. This property contains 3 bedrooms offering a Master Suite with 1 King Size Bed, 4 Single Beds, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. There are 2 1/2 baths plus an additional outside hot water shower. 4 adult beach badges are made available, free of charge, for use during your stay conditional upon their safe return upon departure. Children under 12 and seniors 65+ are exempt from badge requirements. The replacement cost for each lost badge is $25. Amenities for 1906A are made available upon request.

The tenant is responsible for bringing their own linens including sheets, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen linens. These are housekeeping units and it is expected that they will be left in the condition in which they are found. You will be expected to remove all trash, empty the refrigerator, wash dishes, sweep and vacuum floors and wipe up the bathrooms before you leave. Charges for excessive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. Families only. No Smoking. No Pets.
